Program Description

Stop me if you’ve heard this one before. . . “Your half-day session costs me a whole day out of the office! Can’t we just do it online?” Or, “I just can’t take a full day away for training any more. Can’t you just give us the highlights online?” The phrase “Just do it online” can be intimidating for those of us who have grown up facilitating face-to-face. It can be scary or exhilarating. During this session, we’ll look at some best practices in webinar design and delivery, as well as how to convert your existing face-to-face content into a webinar format. Come prepared to discuss the best (and not so hot) experiences you’ve had as webinar participants. We’ll do the rest together!

During this session, you will:

1. Discover the interactive tools available in most webinar platforms

2. Learn the 3 best practices to engage your learners

3. Investigate delivery options for content – what works for webinars?

4. Understand how to deliver content that doesn’t translate to a webinar platform

 

Our Facilitator

Angela Prestil is Director of Sales Culture Development for Creating Member Loyalty™ at Credit Union National Association. Her responsibilities include ensuring the successful implementation of the Creating Member Loyalty sales and service culture development system for over 200 credit unions nationwide. Prestil has over 20 years’ experience in marketing, sales, innovation, and train-the-trainer programs and products, as well as in customer relationship development.
