Session Description:

The implementation and/or ongoing administration of a Learning Management System (LMS) can be a daunting and complex responsibility. At this roundtable event, you'll hear from learning professionals from across several industries who have been deeply involved in the LMS selection and implementation process or who own responsibility for maintaining their organization's LMS on an ongoing basis.

The panelists will each share their experiences before the floor is opened for Q&A. We'll discuss best practices related to LMS selection, implementation, and ongoing administration.

Panelist Biographies:

Kimberly Frederickson has over 15 years of experience in the learning and development field and is currently the VP of Financial Education & Business Development at Summit Credit Union. Kimberly is active in Madison's learning community and served as a board member for the American Society of Training and Development's South Central Wisconsin Chapter from 2008 to 2013.

Connie Welch is the Director of Student Services for the Credit Union National Association's Center for Professional Development (CPD). She is responsible for the overall administration of CUNA's national certificate programs to credit unions across the United States. In this role she also serves as a business owner of their training program, CUNA CPDOnline, and the related systems, including the learning management system that delivers this training program.
